Perseverance

NASA's rover in Jezero crater, an ancient river delta, built on Curiosity's design with new instruments and a stronger set of wheels. It drills rock cores and seals them in tubes, some left on the ground, for a future return to Earth. It landed in February 2021 carrying the Ingenuity helicopter, the first aircraft to fly on another planet.
